My journey to founding Instinct didn't follow a traditional path. For years, my world was defined by the precision and discipline of the aviation industry. I loved the challenge of my job, but I always carried a quiet ambition to build my own business.

Life has a way of shifting your perspective when you least expect it. In 2026 I was diagnosed with an eye disease that will lead to blindness. This diagnosis ended my aviation career overnight. 

While that diagnosis closed one door, it gave me the courage to open another. I chose the name Instinct as a direct reflection of this new chapter. It is a nod to my own future: as my vision challenges me, I will learn to rely on the "feel" of the game—on my Instinct.

My goal with Instinct is simple: to share the technical side of the sport I love. I want to help you experiment with your setup until it feels like an extension of your arm.
